A normal test doesn’t mean your thyroid is fine. It means the test didn’t find anything.

How long before I feel something?
Most people notice energy first. Some in the first week. Most inside three or four weeks.
Hair takes longer. That’s not the supplement, that’s just how hair works. Your hair grows on its own slow schedule, and it can take a few months before you see new growth in the mirror.
So give it 90 days before you decide.
